Bends in the Blooms Morning Yoga

Join us for a special morning Yoga session at the Garden

This class will be held OUTDOORS, in one of the Garden's most scenic and memorable locations - the top of the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Floral Terraces.  After the yoga session, guests are invited to enjoy the splendor of the Garden's spring blooms of thousands of tulips, daffodils and more. Our First Friday Horticulture Tour will be offered free at 10:30 a.m.

  • Tickets are Free for Tulsa Botanic Garden members.
    Non-Members may purchase tickets for $30.
  • Yoga Session will be at the top of the A.R. and Marylouise Tandy Floral Terraces.  
  • Please arrive by 8:30 am, class will begin at 9:00 am.  
  • Mats, blocks, and blankets are provided by the instructor, but you're welcome to bring your own favorite Yoga equipment.

 This workshop is offered in collaboration with the Humble Warrior Collective, a local organization that provides access to trauma-informed movement and mindfulness techniques, empowering communities to cultivate personal wellness, discovery, and resilience.

✔️Photos/videos may be taken for Garden use.
