Photography Permit

Photography permit is required for posed/portrait photography in the Garden.

Any individual who visits the Tulsa Botanic Garden, understands and assumes all risk inherent with attending a Botanic Garden, including but not limited to: trips and falls, stings and bites, and other potential hazards. Tulsa Botanic Garden is not liable for such occurrences. Your use of this ticket, and/or your visit to the Tulsa Botanic Garden, constitutes acknowledgement of the above mentioned.

✔️No Outside Food or Drink allowed.
✔️Leave flowers and plants untouched.
✔️Do not collect seeds, flowers, fruits, labels, etc.
✔️Service animals welcome; no pets allowed.
✔️Nicotine-free area (including e-cigarettes).
✔️Review photography policy before taking pictures.
✔️Photo permit needed for posed portraits.
✔️Restrooms not for changing clothes.
✔️No flying drones over Garden.
✔️Do not feed or harm wildlife.
✔️No kites, balloons, sport balls, jogging/climbing.
✔️Only adult-controlled children's items with wheels.
✔️No bicycles, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards.
✔️No weapons or loud music.
✔️Stay on designated pathways; don't block access.
✔️Appropriate attire (shirts/shoes) required.
✔️No wading/swimming in water features.
✔️Leave by closing time.
✔️Photos/videos may be taken for Garden use.
Photography Policies
To ensure a positive experience for both photographers and visitors, we ask that the following rules and guidelines be observed.
Please note that these photo fees do not include admission
Regular Garden Hours Permits:
Photos that require a professional permit ($50 per hour), advanced notice required
• Posed/portrait photos taken with a DSLR or other professional camera or any photography equipment such as tripods, reflectors, flash bulbs, etc.
• Photos with any camera that are used for commercial purposes (such as photos to market and sell products or services, portfolio photos, social media brand deals, etc.)
• Due to extremely limited restroom space, outfit changes are not permitted at this level. For multiple outfits, see our After Hours option.
Activities that are not allowed in any circumstance:
• Photos of guests outside your party without consent
• Obstructing other guests by blocking pathways
• Using props larger than 10 pounds.
• Drone photography at any time.
• Walking into or through beds or displays
• Picking or removing flowers/plants in any way
• Clothing/costume changes during normal operating hours
• No ceremonies or private events are allowed during photo sessions.
No Refunds, but you can add Purchase Protection and get a 100% refund of your purchase if a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending this event.
